Gloria’s earthy sage provides a soft aroma to the sweetest English strawberries out there. She is our scholar in residence too – sweet, wise and all round tasty!

Our 500ml bottles are great for sharing and will give you between 10 and 15 drinks. They are best served as a sophisticated soft drink with sparkling water, or as a mixer for the perfect cocktail. Have a look at this cocktail recipe.

All our cordials are low in sugar and made from the lumpy and bumpy fruit. Each bottle of Gloria helps to save around 10 strawberries!

Tried this cordial at a michelin starred restaurant Carters recently. Loved it so much that I asked them where it was from and immediately bought a case!! I was suffering with IBS when I arrived at the restaurant and this drink completely settled me but also delicious 😋. Highly recommend!!
