Wilma’s Dream

What you need:
50ml Repsado tequila
3 chunks of fresh pinapple
30ml Pear and Ginger Cordial
Agave

Mixing it up:
Blend all ingredients with a small amount of ice. Pour half the liquid into a glass and top with Double Dutch Cucumber Margarita (or tonic if you can’t get hold of that)! Garnish with pineapple leaf with a bit of salt on top

Serves 1

This will get you going pre any party that you might want to make a jug of it!
