Atlas' Sprightly Spritz
What you need:
35ml vodka (we like Sapling)
25ml Elderflower cordial
75ml English sparkling Rosé wine
50ml soda
Lemon twist
Fresh thyme sprig
Mixing it up:
Build all ingredients in a copa glass filled with ice.
Serves 1
