Alf's Peruvian Adventure
What you need:
50ml pisco
30ml Apple, Lemon & Fennel cordial
25ml lime juice
2 dashes fennel bitters
Egg white
Mixing it up:
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake very well. Double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with some fresh fennel fronds.
Serves 1
Perfect with some grilled fish and veg!
