Alf's Fortune Teller Tea
What you need:
35ml vodka (we like Sapling)
30ml Apple, Lemon & Fennel cordial
200ml earl grey tea (we like Good & Proper)
Orange bitters
1tsp honey
Mixing it up:
Cold brew some tea overnight with ice. Once brewed, add vodka, cordial, bitters and honey. Stir gently until honey dissolves.
Serves 1
Delicious with afternoon tea or a Sunday Roast!
